The purpose of the Mass and
Healing Service is to provide parishioners
with an opportunity for the following:
- To grow closer to the Lord Jesus
· To
deepen the bonds of communion in the
Catholic Church; and
· To
be more committed to doing the work the Lord
has given them to do.
To this end, several themes will
be emphasized trough the Mass and Healing
Service:

Conversion
·
Repentance
·
Commitment
·
Mission
In addition, I will emphasize the
characteristics of a good steward, as taught
by the U.S. Bishops in their 1992 Pastoral
Letter on Stewardship. A good steward is one
who:
·
Receives God’s gift with
gratitude
·
Cherishes those gifts with
responsibility, harmony, unity
·
Generously shares those gifts
from sense of justice and love; and
·
Makes a return to the Lord
with increase. |

funded by any official Church structure and relies solely on the
